Festival - brings high-impact short films
and take action tools to audiences all year long. The Festival's 16
short films on youth activism, corporate accountability, civil liberties
and more are streaming online all year at www.mediathatmattersfest.org.
The National Radio Project
- produces a weekly international radio program, Making Waves, using
voices from around the world. It focuses on the human realities of
politics, the connections between local and global events, and creative
possibilities for people to engage in hopeful democratic change. Also
co-producing World Trade Watch Radio, a series of daily broadcasts
from the WTO ministerial in Seattle.
Democracy Now! - Daily
Pacifica radio program focuses on a range of issues and highlights
grassroots efforts to reinvigorate democracy in the United Statess
OneWorld Radio
- Offers programs that members upload to the database for exchange,
as well as news from the radio for social change sector, a list of
relevant events, training and funding resources, and much more.
RadioNation
- a weekly news and interview program on domestic and international
politics as well as culture.
Independent Media Center
- collective of media producers offering grassroots coverage of the
current protest actions and the related issues.
