You are starting to get much attention in the private sector because of what you are producing for the military. Government is offering you cheap land already equipped with infrastructure. Local government is listening a lot to what you have to say. You want less restrictions and obligations so you can step into the commercial market.

Your new jobs don't pay much, but people say that the technology is going to be good for everybody down the road so you are hopeful. For every dollar you make your boss makes 22 dollars. You have to give up the car because you cannot make the payments.
